Lesson Content & Structure
Lessons are taught on 3 levels with the basic steps, rhythm of salsa and how to lead/follow being key elements before you move up to the next level and start to learn basic to more advanced Casino choreography.
Karen's teaching style is learner centered and based on having fun as well as learning the technical aspects of dance and choreography.

What is SALSA?
Salsa is a form of partner dance originating in Cuba, and is open to improvisation, thus it is continuously evolving. It is fairly easy to learn with a good teacher... Karen specializes in Cuban Casino Style Salsa, Salsa Fusion and Rueda de Casino.

Do you have any social events?
Yes we have a monthly social event for up to 150 people at the Hope Street Hotel in town, and we run a quarterly event for 200 dancers at the Palm House in Sefton Park. Click Events for more details
