Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while still getting in shape and having a total blast!
ZUMBA TONING CLASSES
Specialty classes designed to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You will use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks or light hand weights (up to 3lbs) to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
*This class can also include older adults who wish to do a slower Zumba workout minus the weights.

You do not need to be able to dance well to reap the benefits of Zumba!!! We choreograph our fitness routines to incorporate elements of both dance and fitness moves to benefit all levels. In Zumba toning the exercises are a combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises to fab Zumba music!
In a very short period of time this workout will help you build coordination, muscular strength and reshape your body. You'll not only lose pounds and inches but you will have curves in all the right places, as a result of this program. This exciting breakthrough workout is designed to offer you a safe and yet very effective total body sculpting workout. If you haven't tried this type of dance workout yet then you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The class is available to everyone, no previous Zumba experience is required but is recommended!
Muscle is heavier by volume than fat so with Zumba Toning the best way to measure results is to use a tape measure and use the pinch an inch test! Results are best judged according to how much fat you have in relation to muscle, shape, toning and health benefits rather than weight!!!
This class is not suitable for:
Children - 16+ age group only
Pregnant women - Suitable after your 12 week check and you are given the all clear
People with injuries or recovering from injury
People suffering from high blood pressure/heart conditions
